On Tuesday, Feb. 18, former Tri-Cities High School standout Richard Powell IV’s current college team, the Tuskegee Golden Tigers, lost 3-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Montevallo Falcons.

The game took place at Kermit A. Johnson Field at Bob Riesener Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Falcons this season.

The Golden Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 4 p.m. at Carver High School against Clark Atlanta Panthers.
