Fulton County Magistrate Court, Fulton County State Court, and Fulton County Superior Court welcome new judges to the bench in 2023. Some of the judges raising their hands to take the oath already have years of experience with this awesome responsibility. Hear more from Probate Court Chief Judge Hon. Kenya Johnson. Probate Court has a unique position in being able to swear in and usher in other courts; it's a collaborative effort here in Fulton County. It's a pleasure to be here amongst friends and colleagues as they begin new phases in their lives.
