Capoeira is martial arts, movement, fitness, acrobatics, dance, music & more! Capoeira is a whole-body workout that strengthens your core muscles, improves flexibility, and LIVENS up your day. The classes also engage students’ creative instincts as they sing, dance, and learn to play instruments.
