ICYMI: Sheriff Patrick "Pat" Labat and Clark Atlanta University Chief of Police Debra Williams presented Mr. Eldrin Bell, former Clayton County Chairman, with the Public Service Award at the 21st annual South Metro Development Outlook Conference. The theme of this year's event, "Transforming for the Future", brought together hundreds of community and business leaders to network, and discuss a variety of topics including the economic forecast, and region growth, the impact of technology, and more.
