Deciding what to eat for your next meal can be stressful, but knowing where all the ingredients are coming from shouldn't be. A good diet is a cornerstone to maintaining our health; without the foods we need, all aspects of our health may suffer. No one in our community should be wondering where their next meal will come from, but this concern is a reality for some.
My Watch Alpharetta, our Community Paramedic Program within the Alpharetta Fire Department, stocks a small food pantry of some dietary staples, but more importantly, we have partnered with some of our community partners who can help provide food for those in need.
