A Public Participation Meeting is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 24 at 7 p.m. at City Hall (11360 Lakefield Drive) for residents to learn about the a rezoning (RZ-22-0008) to be considered for the Johns Creek Town Center area.
The applicant, TDC Johns Creek, LLC (also known as Toro), is seeking to rezone 11350 & 11650 Johns Creek Parkway from M-1A (Industrial Park District) to TC-X (Town Center Mixed-Use District) and proposes 41-acres of mixed-use development including 200,000 square feet of retail, 750 luxury rental units, 150 townhomes, and 110,000 square feet of office space.
The Public Participation Meeting is an opportunity for applicants and the public to engage, learn about the project, and ensure ongoing communication between applicants, adjoining property owners, residents, community associations, and other organizations.
The meeting allows residents to discuss concerns and provide input. The applicant will share about the project, solicit input, and answer questions.
