Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis may request former President Donald Trump appear before the Georgia special grand jury probing whether he and others sought to interfere with the results of the state’s 2020 election, according to a report by Fox 5 Atlanta.

Part of the investigation includes a Jan. 2, 2021, phone call between Trump and Georgia Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, in which the former president allegedly urged Raffensperger to find enough votes to overturn his loss in Georgia.

"All I want to do is this. I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have," Fox 5 reports Trump said during the call. "Because we won the state."

The DA’s office has also indicated people that have been called to testify before the panel have received letters informing them that they’re at risk of being indicted, according to the report. Willis signed off on the so-called target letters to at least 16 alternate electors, who cast Electoral College votes for Trump in December 2020.

The special grand jury—formed at the request of Willis, — has working for the past two months, Fox 5 reported. Trump maintains the election was stolen from him, despite numerous federal and local officials, several courts, former campaign staffers and his former attorney general, all saying, there is no evidence of fraud in the 2020 election.

More recently, Willis has indicated her team is also looking into a November 2020 call that Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) made to Raffensperger and false claims of election fraud that were made by former New York mayor and Trump attorney, Rudy Giuliani, and others during December 2020 legislative committee hearings at the state Capitol, according to Fox 5.
