The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office is pleased to announce the arrest of one of our top ten most wanted. Paul Desvignes was apprehended for Battery and Impersonating a Public Officer. Thanks to the diligent work of our Criminal Investigation Unit and the Newton County, GA Sheriff's Office, he is off the streets of Fulton County.
