Fulton County Sheriff Patrick Labat had the opportunity to sit on the Georgia Association of Black County Officials’ Public Safety Panel hosted by Fulton District 5 Commissioner Marvin Arrington Jr. The panelists engaged in a substantive discussion about sentencing, the cost of crime, restorative justice, and mental health to take back to their perspective counties to improve the safety of their citizens.
