Georgia Tech’s Christo Lamprecht, Bartley Forrester and Connor Howe have all been tabbed for the All-Atlantic Coast Conference Men’s Golf Team, the conference office announced May 11.

The trio are among 15 student-athletes who were honored on the all-conference team, each making the team for the first time and ranking among the top 87 players in Golfstat rankings, according to a university press release.

The three have been the leaders on a Georgia Tech team that has won four tournaments in 2021-22, finished as the runner-up in the ACC Championship and is ranked No. 11 in the nation as they prepare to open play Monday in the NCAA Columbus (Ohio) Regional, the release stated.

This marks the 26th time since 1985 that Georgia Tech has had multiple players make the All-ACC team, the release stated. It is also the 13th time that three or more Yellow Jackets have made the team, bringing the total number of different Tech golfers that have made the All-ACC team to 40.

With 77 all-time All-ACC selections, Georgia Tech falls just behind Clemson’s 88 and Wake Forest’s 86, according to the release. Both teams are charter members of the conference.

Of the 15 players selected to the All-ACC men’s golf team, three are from North Carolina, two are from Wake Forest and two are from Notre Dame. Clemson, Duke, Florida State, Louisville, and North Carolina State each bring one player to the team, alongside Georgia Tech’s three players.
