Several billboards supporting Georgia Republican Senate candidate Herschel Walker will be popping up across the state due to a large influx of funding from a Super PAC.

Walker is seeking to unseat current Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) in the 2022 midterm elections. The billboard campaign is placing emphasis on the economy and crime to challenge Warnock, with slogans such as, "Gas prices are insane," as well as, "Crime is killing Atlanta," Fox Business reported. Every billboard features the hashtag "#WarnockIsn'tWorking."

"Our shelves are empty, the supply chain is a mess, and inflation is at the HIGHEST in 40 years," Walker said in a tweet. "President Biden's approval ratings continue to drop. Why is he focused on social spending? People just want affordable gas and groceries on the shelves!"

The political action committee supporting Walker is named 34N22, referencing his jersey No. 34 during his football career at the University of Georgia and the NFL. The super PAC has poured more than $50,000 into the billboard campaign to date, with plans to unveil them in major cities across the state including Atlanta, Augusta, Macon, and Savannah, PAC officials told Fox Business.

A recent Fox Business poll placed the economy and inflation as top issues for voters in the coming election cycle.

In the same polling, 84% of respondents expressed significant worry over inflation and gas prices, with 29% describing themselves as "very concerned" and 55% saying they were "extremely concerned." The next highest issue on respondents' priorities was government spending.

Only 36% of responses approved of the Biden administration's approach toward crime in the U.S., compared with a 57% disapproval rate.

Walker currently stands as the GOP's top candidate for Georgia's Senate race, but the former football star is not without his own potential shortcomings, such as allegations of physical abuse toward his ex-wife and claims that he hasn't been forthright regarding his success in business, Fox Business reported.

Warnock is centering his campaign around election reform following the controversial voting law passed by Republicans in Georgia last year. Democrats claim the law is intended to suppress the votes of minority voters and Democrats.

"Our elections are in serious need of protection," Warnock said in a tweet. "Voters shouldn't have to jump through hoops to cast a ballot."
