City of South Fulton issued the following announcement on Dec. 2.
On Thursday, December 9, 2021, Public Works will hold a Virtual Public Meeting (VPM) on the Butner Road at Pittman intersection. The purpose is to introduce the project team, give an overview of the project, and solicit comments from the community. The meeting will be held from 06:30-08:00 pm.

Butner Road at Pittman Road
The proposed project includes reconfiguration of the existing T-intersection of Butner Road and Pittman Road into a single roundabout. The proposed improvement will address traffic calming and improve the safety of this skewed intersection.
