Residents of Fulton County can now obtain a $100 gift card when they receive their first or second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, according to a WSB-TV report.
The gift cards will be distributed every day from Nov. 16 to Dec. 6 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at 5710 Stonewall Tell Road, College Park; 3900 Aviation Circle, NW, Atlanta; and 4700 North Point Parkway, Alpharetta.
"Beginning Tuesday, Nov. 16, through Saturday, Dec. 4, Fulton County residents will be eligible for $100 gift cards after receiving their first or second doses of the COVID-19 vaccine," the Fulton County Board of Health (FCBOH) announced on Twitter. "The incentive is available only to residents, ages 5 and up. Appointments are required!"
The incentive is offered to all Fulton County citizens aged 5 and older following the recent availability of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 5 to 11, according to Fulton County's website.
FCBOH and other Georgia Department of Public Health districts made the decision to expand vaccine access to children in response to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's recommendation for vaccines for school-aged populations.
Additionally, appointments are required at the vaccine sites located at Aviation Circle, North Point Parkway, Pryor Street and Stonewall Tell.
Parking is free at all locations, no identification is required, and minors aged 5-17 are not required to be accompanied by a parent but must have a parent signed consent form.
