State Representative Debra Bazemore (D-South Fulton) is set to participate in an informational meeting on millage rate caps today in Atlanta. The event, organized by Citizens for Excellence in Elected Leaders (CEEL), will take place at 6:30 p.m. at Decision Point Ministries, located at 5450 Campbellton Rd SW.

Joining Rep. Bazemore will be CEEL Founder and CEO Damita Chatman, former State Representative Roger Bruce, and business executive Benny Crane.

The meeting aims to provide information about millage rate caps and their impact on the community.

“Rep. Debra Bazemore (D-South Fulton)and former State Representative Roger Bruce,” according to the announcement.

Burns, a Republican, was elected to the Georgia State House in 2005 to represent the state’s 159th House District, replacing previous state representative Ray Holland.
