Former Langston Hughes High School standout and current Mercer Bears player, Jamari Freeman will compete in the NCAA Division I FCS Football Championship.

They begin the tournament as a number six seed against the 11th seeded South Dakota Coyotes.

The first game is on Saturday, Dec. 6 at 11 a.m.
